That was very sweet. I've just bought an acoustic tenor guitar and I'm absolutely loving it. (Tuned GDAE for folkiness.) I think I may very well go for a magnetic pickup rather than a transducer if I decide to make it pluginable based on how nice this sounded .
Absolutely fantastic. Oh geez, I see I already commented on this one. Well, one good turn deserves another! Thank you for all your efforts, which in your hands always appear effortless. Thank you for all the hard work that must have done, which has enabled you to make it appear that way. Maybe Ross never sleeps?🙊 God bless you, Sir.
Fantastic performance Gerald. Rivals Ben, Patrick, and Steve’s Spanish Flea. I actually sent them an arrangement (3 part, two tenor and one bass ukulele) I made for TJB’s A Taste Of Honey. I did that rendition on RU-vid, but used a baritone ukulele instead. If you’re interested, let me know and I can email you that arrangement. Barry in Sarnia, Ontario
Thanks, Gerald! A longtime favourite. I’ve played a considerably simpler version (non-swing) on guitar and ukelele for many years so it was a great pleasure to hear yours.
Nice arrangement and flawless execution! If you haven’t already, listen to Rachel Price sing this: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-kq9hP2-mafE.htmlsi=AhIOcTTwD5dpla7k
