Hello, Just wanted to tell you that this isn't ALR land behind this house. We live on the same street; and someone owns the property behind this street. They tried to get permit to build townhouses and houses last year, but it fell through. Just wanted to tell you, as when we purchased our house, the selling realtor told us it was ALR land, but our realtor told us it wasn't, and that comment had to be corrected on the listing.
