Yes, this docking station requires downloading and installing a DisplayLink driver before use. For macOS, the DisplayLink technology requires screen recording permission to display the screen. The DisplayLink app doesn't store/record any screen content. It only uses screen recording functionality to enable seamless extended display support for the 3 monitors.
If has to maintain a certain temperature for health department guidelines, do we fill it up with that temperature water and it’ll stay that temperature? If so for how long ?
Thanks for the question, but unfortunately I am not sure since I've only filled it up with lukewarm water and haven't considered this before. It is insulated and very similar to a regular Igloo cooler that you may fill with ice and a cold beverage, so I am sure it has some capability to help maintain the temperature, but I don't know how long it would last or be guaranteed. Sorry I can't help more, but I can't find this type of info on the Igloo website or Amazon for this cooler, and I don't have personal experience with testing it for temperature.
I did not notice any difference between the 7s and 7s pro. According to garmin, they have the same MIP screen. Thus far, I've never had any issues with viewing the screen - I usually run in the sunlight in Florida. The main difference between the two is the improved battery life because of the solar and the flashlight on the pro.
Agree about the flashlight when deciding between last year model and this year model for Epix. Thought it was a gimmick until I started using it. Now can’t imagine not having it since it been handy in multiple ways including not disturbing anyone as I get ready to run from the house. Or trying to find where something fell under the table.
