It's renfaire season! Oh god ball gowns- You actually posted this video on the day of the last show of the musical I worked at the past year. So this is quite thematically relevant XD First of all I'm in love with the fabric! Second thank you for showing me maths (I'll forget it all again within an hour) XD The amount or rather working with such a large amount of fabric is so scary and very exhausting. I'm so glad I made a very expensive wool cape so I didn't have to finish all the edges so carefully T^T But again the mentioned musical really made me want to make a ball gown as well (so I will probably have to go through that as well)! Since I now have a little insight in show costuming I'll have you know that those dresses are also made of who parts with are then tied and buttoned together (the dresses are actually three parts: the top, the skirt and the petticoat). God I'm so sad I'm not gonna see these costumes anymore. I wish I could have measured them all out to use that as knowledge for my own project T^T I'm aware this is the magic of editing and speeding up but the whole project appears so smoothly and quickly. You did amazing! I really enjoy the multi creator Gosh the organza is so incredibly pretty. We all knew the silhouette would slay but aaahhh! The dress is lovely and you look so happy in it! Just another proof that everyone deserves a ball gown! If it's helping these dresses were never meant to be clothed by yourself. The most important thing is that you're happy and proud of what you've accomplished because you definitely can be!

Welcome back Fearne! I love getting some cosplay crafting again! I have to say continuity is a lie being told to us by full-time cosplayers so seeing you working on a projects for a year is very refreshing and authentic! While I am usually the one who makes pointlessly uncomfortable decisions unlike my girlfriend. She has a very similar pair of chunky heels which she loves to wear to convention. I really love those boot covers. I've been wanting to make some myself just for day to day wear! XD The translucent organza is so lovely. We all are weak to big sleeves. All hail the big sleeve! XD I don't usually watch a lot of K-dramas but I'm being occasionally I love the embroidery so so much! I'm currently playing with the thought of (over) decorating my Hornet Hollow Knight cosplay/ remaking a bunch of the costume pieces but I probably won't get the chance to do so before the convention I'm meaning to wear it at. Still embroidery is amazing and it does look so nice on the dress! Plus the Juwel Beetle Wings are absolutely beautiful! Talking about my Hornet cosplay I too love buying expensive materials for costumes just because I think that one material is the perfect one and spoilers it's always wool or silk or linen or some mix :') We love the cat content! I'm so glad so many cosplayer house cats to I get to see those little creatures playing with things they're not supposed to XD Honestly melting edges is so hard. We only managed to do it with two people and it's still.. not the best XD I recently discovered that I could also just add some wood glue to the edge. It's also quite tedious but I'm sure that process could be optimised. I really don't want to sew hems in transparent fabric either XD Personally I love the reveal. Even if you didn't have a good day (besides that being very reasonable as well) it's just nice watching you put on your outfit and channeling some chaotic energy! I am such a sucker for that swoopy petticoat XD But really the cosplay got such a glow up! It's peak playful fantasy and I'm all here for it! The new additions lend themselves so nicely to the original outfit! Hopefully you had and will have many fun time wearing Fearne and that many people come up to tell you how beautiful your cosplay is! As always it's a pleasure to be part of your creative process! Don't beat yourself up on not having a video every week. I understand that it bothers you but rest assured that we will be happy about anything you can and are willing to share. Mostly importantly take care of what you can handle and what feels comfortable <3 Also your little steppies were so cute and personally I'd done the same. I'm glad the Chappell Roan hype did get you as well hehe
oh man what a concept-- morally it would be all over the board, but I think if they managed to all see eye to eye on a task/adventure, it would be a very loyal group, where Fing, Calliope, and Eenkashti dedicate all the hours of their days to keeping Io and Tonic from "yes and"-ing each other into bad ideas... just a party full of tragic backstories, people who need therapy, and clerics :))
You look so stunning! The embroidery turned out super nice and such an improvement from your last cosplay. Taking it in steps and improving is always an important part of evolving in any craft. Also really enjoy all the new details too! <3

I haven't watched Castlevania although I really should- I just remembered heterochromia existed for my most recent oc. The high priestess of the forest spirits how finally getting clother to her future girlfriend! But this this is easily the 20th character for that world- The moment I said Hazbin Hotel I was wondering if you did actually watch it since many people I have beheld have been quite audible about the show XD But you're right the community is very visible and it's astonishing to see how fast all the cosplayers are (and so creative). Ohh I've been meaning to do a (or many) music character challenges! They have the same affect on me as a lamb on a moth- (or my Hornet cosplay on a butterfly today apparently) But I already have so so many character designs on my plate that I cannot justify doing any random character designs. I must stay so strong and I do also have two conventions coming up as well next month! Truly a very good and entertaining video as always! Don't stress yourself about a specific "quality". I know everyone says this but the internet is pushing us to always create more, better, faster and so on. Every act of someone just doing what they enjoy, in as much or little time as they do so is a step on holding the balance artist always try to keep c: That being said I still love all three of them. It is very fun to see how your style changes and what decisions you make! I don't think them being in one room would end well but maybe they'd form an unlikely friendship XD Also the cursed playlist reflects my "viral songs used in short form content between 2018-2020“ quite well.
