I’ve been riding mine for over a year now. I have zero issue with the brakes. You’re not the only one to mention them, but I think they are more than adequate for myself.
Stick a big screen on it and you’ve instantly hit it with the ugly stick. It’s perfectly fine to sell it as it is giving the option for buyers to add a screen themselves.
Though I cant 100% confirm since I haven’t personally tried it, but looking at the measurements and the amount of stretch in the material I think it will work fine.
Thanks for this. So far I've replaced rears and was expecting weird flash issues, but you explained I won't see that until all 4 are done. Makes sense and I have my relay at the ready to swap and now I know where that goes too. Thanks again.
Yeah I am with you, I have definitely moved on from the back breaking bikes and am much more in to comfortable sports bikes. I definitely was comfortable on the busa.
@FifthNorth I got my first drit bike at 5 years old. I'm 50 now and still love it. I love the freedom you feel on a bike. My last bike was a suzuki Boulevard m109r very comfortable, but I missed my sports bikes. I love the power to get up and go. I'm 50 and still love going fast, iv been looking for the last 4 mouths and can't decide what I want. I keep coming back to a hayabusa or kawasaki zx14r. I just don't want the waist and back pain. I've been looking at naked bikes to can't decide. It's hard to beat the looks of the hayabusa, but you can adjust the handlebars and foot pegs on the zx14r. I can't decide, lol
Great instructional, took me 20 minutes up until the last two wee Allen key bolts, I’ve been at those two little bastards for over an hour and they just won’t go in…. It all looks lined up but will those little bolts catch the clips, no effing way, I’m having a break before I smash the whole thing in frustration 🤣
I Own a 2021 R3 and you didn't mention the Headlight Projecting the Triumph T logo on the ground, alot of people miss that. You also didn't mention the Cruise Control and Hill hold assist. Also awesome Features worth mentioning. The Display will also warn you if you have any lights out. I found this one out while trying to do custom lighting on mines. lol and the Oil changes are super easy to do. Only Maintenace that is hard to do I the brake fluid exchanges. if you do it wrong you won't be able to bleed it without the proper pressure bleeder and factory tools. 🤘🤘
Does anyone know if the PD mount will mount on something smaller than standard handlebars? I'm wanting to mount this on my Vespa, and the only spot it would work would be on the stem of the mirror.
Got this jacket a couple of weeks ago. It was pretty nice when riding out at 27c. Coldest I've used it in has been 15c and I really wouldn't go any colder than that
Ergos wise, how is the pressure on your wrists? I understand what you said about moving around for comfort, but what about your personal experience with this? Cheers
After being on the bike for a while and getting really comfortable with it I don't feel any pressure on my wrists, early on I did, but I think that was more because I was still getting used to the upgrade in power and change in sitting position that I was overdoing the grips and how I was holding on to the bike. Now that I ride it comfortably/that I am used to it, no issues with wrist pressure.
Hi, i agree on one thing and that is about the info cluster , it is aboutsolutly bad looking and out of style with the bike . But as you say the bike is awsome ! Ride safe 🙂
I would not buy again. I bought a pair of REV"IT H2O and I liked them but after only 3 mounths and 12,000 kilometers, I notice a hole in the shilter pad area. This thin rubber shift pad is too thin and should be replace by either leather or plastic.
I have had mine for almost two years now and I can see wear in the shifter pad area but no holes....I wonder if you just have a defect, I would reach out to REV'IT!, at only 3 months I would think they are still under warranty.
1. Centre stand 2. Small rear tyre/fat ass 3. Too heavy. Needs weight savings 4. The dual pipes are far too chunky and basically mean essential upgrade 5. Agree on the traction naming, which could use words
@@crossbowed it’s the exact same bag, just different color, comes in black, sage or Coyote…black didnt pop as well in the thumbnail so I picked that one.
Nice video! I have a disagreement considering that riding modes, more electronics and a quickshifter that goes down (blipper) require the presence of an electronic operated throttle which results in a higher cost for the manufacturer and the customer in the end. All these fancy things can be found on the cb1000r / cbr1000r, bikes that costs a lot more. I think their approach is a motorcycle appealing to a classic/ retro bike audience fans of the 4cylinder middleweight and the overall simplicity. They have a refined build quality which bikes of the category (Suzuki gsx8s, yamaha mt07, the ktms) lack with too much plastic on the bike and it's buttons. Everything is balanced. Really great bikes the cbr and the cb650, I wish Honda could keep making them. A low cc inline four these days is a luxury not remaining existing for a lot...
Picked up mine a few months ago. This bike is just perfection to me. Im not sure if 2024 they adjusted brakes, but mine are great to me. Really a great all around bike that can set your hair on fire if you bring it up past 6k rpm.
I wish Washington D.C, Maryland & Virginia would allow lane splitting. But, they are so dumb struck on being conservative that they can not put themselves in the place of a real motorcycle rider. Too much red tape and politics running through their heads. All they would have to do is see the studies taken in California and realize that it's alot safer for motorcycles to actually lane split than stand behind a car, thus giving the vehicle behind them(who is probably on their cell phones anyway) a chance to hit them from the back end !!
Yeah its a real shame that most places won't make it legal, its illegal here in Texas too, and it would be soooo much safer if it wasn't, I guess I can understand if they don't want lane splitting, but at least make lane filtering ok (only at red lights and stops).
That was a toooon of bikes! Yeah I hear you on riding and not seeing a ton of others, depending on the weather and season here I sometimes see quite a few but usually im like the only one for multiple rides till I see another.
With zero overhang like this tail tidy, does your bike kick up water to your back when riding if the roads are wet. Considering this but worried about soaking myself if I ride on damp roads.
@@neevian hard to answer that since I don’t really ride in the rain or wet, the few times I happen to ride over a small part of wet road (random puddle or leaking sprinkler so not a ton of water) I did not notice any spray.
I can’t get the final screw in! How did you do it? One side is in, but the other just turns and pops. I’m pulled engines and never had this much trouble with one screw
@@lcgiv4u wont lie it was tricky, it kept not going for me either, i basically had to get it dead straight, say a few choice words and finally got it to go hahaha
