No days off bitch I quit smoking 2 packs of ciggerrettes a day quit poping percs and pot is next I've been having diarea 4 to 5 times a day and I walk 4 miles do 80 pull ups 80 push ups 80 incline sit ups then I go to the gym target certain areas with machines then sauna for 20 minutes. I dropped 45 pounds in 2 and a half months oh and I fast for days straight and when I eat I eat samon or steak one meal and then don't eat for atleast another 3 to 5 days no days off. We do it to ourselves and have to fix it ourselves you'll only actually put the pain in if you really cares
