I hope that you have permission from your administrators to put contact paper on your doors. It is terrible how teachers today have to set up a safe area in the event of a lockdown or active shooter. I have been teaching for 31 years, and all teachers had to deal with were earthquake and fire drills.
@@winifredlewis1554 It would be impossible for me to buy another carpet big enough to fill the tile. My hope is that my students feel loved and special no matter what type of flooring their desk is on. Plus we change desks every two weeks so it will be all okay :)
Our curriculum sends up with “slightly larger than a normal sheet up paper” anchor charts to display! They definitely wouldn’t fit a normal anchor chart! Good eye!

You'll learn that things don't always happen on your time. Custodial staff are responsible for a lot of stuff. This sounds like miscommunication from your admin.
I totally agree, sometimes when we’re frustrated it’s easy to blame the first person we see or think of. I appreciate all that our custodial staff does for our school and already after a long day I was just very frustrated.
I have the same butterflies on my wishlist for this school year! I stopped by my school last week to drop some items off and nothing was done as expected. I was told it would be completed the last week of school but NOPE and it’s now July🤦🏾♀️ I feel your frustration…
I know it has been two years but thank you so much for making a Tech move in vlog! It's so hard to find anyone do vlogs for Tech and this was super helpful!
