Moved here on a work visa a few years ago. We're thinking of moving elsewhere now as it has become very expensive. It has become very unsafe. We're currently renting , but couldn't find anywhere to buy due to the shortage of houses. I would advise people not to come here. The crime here is very worrying.

Don't look like a Brit ya miserable good for nothing. Ireland welcomes all. Skilled workers and positive people from all cultures are loved. Students also bring a lot of money and tourism and are almost all respectful fun people.
I'm sure your multinational tech employers will look after that along with supplying the new build to rent apartments they are depriving young Irish people from buying or renting. Ireland is full .
