Appreciate you so kuch and you've encouraged me so much in the last year + since my separation and divoece which has been immensely hard so it means the world! Thanks also for being vulnerable about your mental health and reminding us not to attach too deeply to diagnosese. I needed that too as someone also just diagnosed with BPD ans OCD.
