Yes they told me the same thing. It's very disappointing when you don't get the items that are supposed to come with your order especially if you add things you don't really need to get to the minimum purchase. To top it off they don't offer an alternate gift.
Ugh that’s so annoying. I had the same thing happen to me with the special edition summer bag. Literally made a purchase just to receive the gift only to have it never show up. When contacting customer service they said they ran out but will send something else instead. Got super excited only to receive a lame little pouch that I already had.
