Hi, sublimation printer can print on the sublimation coating mugs and cups. If the hats and the t-shirts are made of light polyester, you can use sublimation printer as well. If you would like to print on cotton material or dark fabric, DTF printer can help you.

White is the basic color to absorb the ink and the powder as a media. So the image color can be vibrant after DTF transfer as it adds a white layer at the bottom of the printing. Thanks.

I have tried sending the info from my computer to the printer itself, but it is only giving me a black screen with the words "Please enter your username" and no where to proceed or type. What do I do with this error? It won't let me do anything on the machine or the printer until this has been solved.

Why are there 2 tap buttons? And sometimes without pressing anything it makes the beep sound continuously or breaks in between like when u press a button u get a beep sound right that one. And I didn't receive the aluminium inserts?
