It is stressful but one thing is to love what you do. I always see my residents as my family. Also there are breaks within ur 12 hours so u should be fine
I work has a carer in Nigeria nd i do 10hours day shift and 12hours night......so am sure uk can be more stressful dan here...even here it do able.....

You’ll be fine Precious. Go to Nigeria for a vacation. See your mom and family, eat foods you love, hang out with friends, enjoy yourself and come back refreshed. You just need breaks when you feel overwhelmed. When your sister moves permanently to Canada, go to visit her. As much as you’re working and saving remember to keep some funds aside to have fun and relax. Travel is cheap in Europe, take mini breaks go to France £50 to 100 for Europe travel every 4 months is not too much to spare to have a breakfor the weekend, or just plan buy tickets in advance and visit Naija twice a year to relax, visit Scotland or look for a course to do in your spare time. You have done so well. Keep going ❤
