This whole game looks hard as hell. Almost looks less like a standard shooter and more like a proto-bullet hell at some points. The submersible boss near the end had to have been the hardest purely due to the dithering effect not working on modern displays and barely being able to see whats going on. Hats off to you.
That slow opening of the gate at the end is such an annoyance. You think you're doing good until you hit that part and realize how long it takes to open it.
I recall seeing this game announced in some mag like Electronic Gaming Monthly or whatever WAY back in the day. This game DID NOT impress me visually back then, and it doesn't now. The whole thing needed a far better artists for what should have been a good concept to do a lot of interesting stuff with. The SFX are...fine, and the music is good enough, but this game doesn't even do the anime shmup genre all that well, either. I would not have considered this a high-value purchase back then if I had a Genesis/Megadrive CD.
Got this as a pack-in with the Sega CD for Christmas the year it came out. After playing Thunder Force 3, this thing was a pretty big disappointment. At least "game creative staff: Wolf Team" has stuck with me since then
I don’t get it, why were people losing their shit when we finally got a president that put America first and did more for the American people than any other president since Reagan? Biden cares more about Ukraine, China and Mexico than he does about Americans, the only thing Bidumb has done for me is make my life way more difficult.
This game seems to be giving a hint of what we’re going to have to deal with when AI becomes super intelligent…though in our case, we will have ZERO chance of survival.
I’m going to edit this screech and turn it into a fnaf jumpscare because I have nothing better to do Also it could be of use for one of my upcoming/planned fnaf fan games I have a whole bunch of concepts for games but only have one that’s been in the works Update: with enough editing and adding other sound effects I have made 4 different variations of jumpscare audio with this and am thankful for the internet
@@brennanlettucetomato I never thought of that! I will try making an animation of the concept jumpscares with the audio and the way I made the edit. Thank you for the idea!
This game is a prequel to Dune. The struggle against the GCSWT is what led to humanity banning Artifician Intelligence and discovering the Spice as a means of having humans replace thinking machines.
