I really don't think that Batmite is appropriate for the Batman universe or mythology (He really should have STAYED in The Silver Age!), but this looks fun. Waid is writing a pretty fun book.
So is the S Shield from the part of Supes that's New 52 ? ( with his zt shirt and blue jeans and boots, before finding the suit, which did not have an S but a ringed planet on it) Because in 1986 the S shield was made up by Clark and Pa, and sewn on his blue shirt. The crest had no significant meaning other than what it later stood for , but it wasn't a sidgel , or family crest . So where did the black and red s shield come from if not from the new 52 or the fleisher cartoons / Golden Age superman? Also in the Superman and Lois show, he tells a little boy his mom made the symbol . It again was not a crest , but something out of imagination . It seems to be the crest for the original movies though with Chris Reeve because Marlon B was wearing it at the beginning of the movie. He also wore it with with a more formed S in the early 2000s then went back to the yellow and red. My point is I guess is what are the artist using as a source for the black and red symbol in action comics 1067? Golden Age Supes Cartoon?, recent series TV show? New 52 T shirt Superman? Or is it combining the Gold Silver Bronze- modern into one source. If this is not the answer I'm confused with DCs inconsistentcy.
I found it interesting that Lex had an evil air in this comic. Now that explains it since, as you say, this series is set in the past. Well, I almost risked believing that it was because Lex Luthor lost his memory in issue #15 of Superman.
I'm so disappointed in this watered down supergirl carbon copy of Power girl. I've been reading comics with Power Girl in since the late 80s early 90s and this is definitely the weakest characterisation of her. With so many characters returning to a more pre new 52 look and attitude, this is so disheartening that it seems like Power girl can't be too muscular too assertive to head strong too confident she must defer to superman and other male hero's. She must stick to what society thinks of as feminine because anything else is just not acceptable 💔
Excellent and Honourable Hobby, Im interested in the superman vs Muhammad Ali original print comic book😎, would you possibly sell it or lease it/rent it for a limited time?
Please Todd. Please make a DC MULTIVERSE action figures out of General Zod that looks like Michael Shannon. And Foara that looks like Antje Traue. And the huge man in the movie the Man of Steel who played as Non. I need for you Todd McFarlane to make those 3
i wrote my own two part version of crisis on infinite earths, the first starts with justice league: dark which has all the magic wielding heroes summoned to the tower of fate and during their visit the earth and the universe disappeared. The team of magical heroes must fuse the tower of fate to the rock of eternity and with the help of the flash they travel back to the beginning before creation where they must the antimonitor from interfering by invoking the wrath of god in a galactic showdown. Justice league: Crisis sees the birth of the multiverse after trapping the antimonitor in an endless loop, but one version of him escapes and determined to carryout the destruction of creation by using a cannon to launch an antimatter bomb into the sun which will create an unstoppable antimatter wave. Heroes unite alongside their nemesis to stop the evil mobius at all costs.
