I disagree with this idea of a Civil War. I know historians portray it this way but their conclusion is not supported by the facts. The fact is that the Senate went against Caesar and he attacked and conquered the Senate so the start of the Empire began when Caesar conquered the Senate. The evidence of this is that he became Dictator for Life. Besides, Octavian only proved Caesar's authority over the Senate and the military. Octavian could do nothing until he changed his name to Caesar which showed that all of the authority was associated with the name Caesar and not the Senate.

I understand your perspective on the rise of the Roman Empire. Julius Caesar’s actions, especially his crossing of the Rubicon and becoming “Dictator for Life,” were indeed pivotal. However, the transition from Republic to Empire was complex. While Caesar’s actions laid the groundwork, it was Augustus (Octavian) who officially established the Empire in 27 BC. His adoption of the name “Caesar” and his political and military maneuvers were crucial in solidifying his control.

Women were actually not allowed to dance ballet until much later after Italian noblemen had lost most of their interest in it, men from other countries still maintained more interest in it but not as much as in the beginning. The structure of most ballet schools and companies is still very similar to the structure put in place by the original noblemen. Pointe shoes were not invented until 1795 and didn't become what we know them as until relatively recently. The first pointe shoes were only used to go on pointe for a few seconds at a time and were only used by a couple of women.

Thank you for your comment! According to Wikipedia although Philippines don't officialy have a designated national hero he is celebrated as one. You're correct on your comment! I will try to pay more attention to these details in a future videos. I'm still new here.
