Jordan was up 7-2 then got injured. No doubt if not for the injury Jordan would've coasted to an easy win. I've noticed that some athletes will take any win especially if they're being dominated but Jordan was up so much that he could afford to stall. Swiderski was obviously out matched but I do give him credit for the half hearted handshake. I remember Roy Jones being cheated in the Olympics and the Korean fighter knew he had lost but honorably raised Roy's hand acknowledging the true winner. No that's a true athlete!
Why don’t they talk about Abdul Rashid Saidulev “ the Russian Tank “ the man who everyone fears in wrestling.. the best wrestler in the world…. Americans simply can’t accept the fact that some nation other than them has the best talent Jordan Burroughs is like a baby compared to Abdul Rashid Saidulev.. just live with the fact all those Americans
You do know these athletes go to State College because of the dynasty built from Cael, Cody and Casey. Their program breeds Olympians. DT is their staple yes. He has is own following yes. He will put OSU back in the top three yes. But Cael is responsible for all of these athletes. The whole wrestling world knows this.
This will eventually happen, Sanderson will have a coaching tree similar to Bill Walsh and the NFL. PSU will be at top for some time going forward, Taylor will have OSU doing better but I don't think they will be neck and neck with PSU quite yet.
@@thomasdeebel6695 I totally agree with you. As most said the probable future is Stillwater vs. State College battling for WHO’S #1 in the country. Iowa is probably now a clear third option for most athletes now. And the program can already start the feel of the AFTERSHOCK OF THIS MASSIVE SHAKEUP!
Cael had his decade. He is the runaway top dog. Nonetheless, well-rounded olympic champs inevitably attract top recruits & Caels monopoly will get broken up. He doesn't mind. Cael's teams will always be competitive. Let the parity begin!!!
