Looks delicious but on making it sadly it was the first of your recipes to disappoint. Maybe tenderloin pork would have been better - I used shoulder steak- but it was chewy frying it and coupled with the stodgy cous cous I've had indigestion since.
I love your recipes and liked watching you but I liked them better when you wrote the ingredients amounts on the top as you were making it - it was easy to follow.

You do not need to use yesterday rice. Cook it earlier in the day, drain, cool (rinse it in cold water), and leave for a couple of hours, saves the overnight rice thing: otherwise a great recipe as always Scott, 👍
