I think the piece I was missing which is I should choose shelf instead of a dip. It wasnt doing enough. Hopefully it doesn’t noticeably affect my high end. That’s the eternal struggle
Maybe I am imagining things but the U87 sounded best with the WA as a distant second. I didn't think I would like the Neumann but maybe you should invest:)

I have a question. When this video was recorded, I pretty much have the same thing you have. 5k Intel Mac, 2i2 when you have the 4, how are you recording with no latency? I have been trying this for over 2 years and can't afford an Appolo.. How are you doing this?

I was just wondering how these people on youtube were doing this and screen capturing at the same time and didn't have latency in the video.. Editing wouldn't correct that.. lol.. At the same time, I forgot, you can have fx on a track in Logic and the fx won't print on the track.. I forgot about that.. Thank you for helping.. You're the poop..
