It's sad to see obviously competent players slaving away for free beer in some backwater. Such is the future of entertainment. Corporations will destroy you.
@@dzmark2303 You would probably enjoy Randy Hansen. Only tribute officially authorized by Al Hendrix. What do you think about Uli Roth? My opinion only, the albums he did with the Scorpions early on are iffy because he was musically at odds with Rudi Schenker. Psychedelic hard rock and melodic hard rock don't play well together. After he left both parties came out better.
@@Fred_Lougee I followed early Scorps and agree. As for Randy Hansen Ive enjoyed him for many years. He did a large part of soundtrack for movie Apocolypse Now. Would love to see him live as he is still performing at almost 70 yrs old but I believe he only does so in Germany and his home state I believe Washington. Heard he does small venues and cruise shows. Would be amazing to be up close and see him
@@dzmark2303 Seattle boy here, seen Randy several times, although not for over 20 years. First time a friend who was a huge fan took me to a show at a tavern right next to the cemetery where Jimi is buried. The tavern is long gone and the friend is now also buried there as he had some issues and ended himself a few years later. The last time was at a free festival at Volunteer Park on Capitol Hill in Seattle back in...'99 I think. So 25 years. Actually got the chance to spend about a half hour chatting with Randy after his set ended. Was way cool.
I had to laugh at the title. I played this song for years and we also called it without love. It's actually called Long Train Runnin. :) Nice one guys.
If I would’ve been there the silver haired lady on the left would not have been dancing alone. Cuter than a bug’s ear and she really knew how to dance.
