Oystein Sunde gjor meg alltid i godt humor. Banjo for andakten. Harald Haarfoner... God musikk med et humoristisk syn paa et samfunn hvor mange tar seg selv for alvorlig. Helt Konge.
Folks, this was 1972. No internet to speak of. Nearly no one had a computer. Ergo, no point and click to get a list of cheeses. Forty-three cheeses were mentioned. Put yourself in 1972, and think about how you would compile a list of 43 cheeses. Whoever on the staff (perhaps several staff writers) compiled the list deserves as much credit as John Cleese deserves for memorizing that list while delivering his performance and staying in character.
The first sketch I ever saw on PBS when I was 8 years old. I couldn't get over how pale Cleese and Palin were, all that makeup on them. And the shot in the head and the cowboy hat and riding off into the sunset...I was forever hooked....

If you pay close attention at the 2:22 minute mark, you'll notice John starts listing cheeses in rhythm to the background music. One of the many nuances of the Pythons.
