Welcome to the WW2 Channel. I have always been fascinated by World War 2 and now I want to share that passion by bringing stories of that conflict to life
Thank you, sir. Do not forget to subscribe to the channel and like the video. This helps the channel a lot to grow more appreciation and respect for this content
I like to use my two monitors for these 'then' and 'now' videos so that I can pause the video on the left ''then' picture, , and and the right for the 'now' picture to get a good comparison between the two pictures, and then move on....
today is the 80th anniversary of my eldest brother's fathers death in France he never like so many others never met his father as he was born 2 weeks before his dad died even though he's not my father I will as long I live always remember him and like my own father will always be grateful to him and all the others like him for putting their lives on the line for us God bless them all
My father spent a year in a luft stalag and he was one of the kriegies who boxed for cigarettes and chocolate bars. We still have one of the fight cards where he’s scheduled to box, while another bout that day would feature a guy named Donald Bevans, who went on to write a play and movie about the camp. Stalag 17.
Thank you for this very good compilation of history that made us appreciate our home even more. God bless all who fought and died . I'm currently now particularly feeling sad seeing the pictures of Ukraine that I've now seen on the news once again ravaged by war with Russia, a unprovoked aggression. I hope they soon can be at peace again and rebuild their country
Thank you for your painstaking job of finding the actual locations of the WWII rampages. I request you to share the same of the eastern front and the gallant fightback of the red army.Especially the battle of Leningrad etc. In fact the Soviet army and people incurred innumerable casualties and losses and still they staged a heroic comeback which ended up in Berlin,April 1945.
I understand that the Sovuet Union suffered the most military fatalities of any other country in WWII. It's devastating to think of all the lost lives, both military and civilian, during WWII.
Who created the war?! Every time, the many and innocent died because that's what the few and cowards wanted, with infamous characters and eager to build empires for themselves and their families... They sent to death and sentenced to death young, old, babies... And all in the name of a non-existent freedom... But, they will pay for the blood with which their hands were and are stained... WHO MAKES WAR? The few, who hate their own fellows...
