Hot take I actually support the layoffs at bungie. Why? So, the reason why they were laid off was due to the "sales margin" which was missed by around 43-45%, and I honestly see this as a potential good thing because it's a chance for bungie to change around the management. Furthermore, we the community shouldn't be mad or surprised at this considering we have made a push in boycotting and "voting with your wallets". Hell, I participated and supported the cause too with me boycotting eververse since my first time playing. Also, I understand the frustration of letting go of Michael Salvadori. I was surprised and worried too, but the layoff was understandable considering he was close to retirement. And plus, we don't exactly know whether the rest workers where slackers or not or how they were slackers. But that doesn't mean we shouldn't hold the leadership accountable either as they've also dropped the ball to some degree.
@@Noname-ol8ef except management wasn't affected by the layoffs, just developers, QA, community support and those kinds of workers. No one who makes decisions was affected.
@@Eagletheassassin While yes I do know the management wasn't THAT affected. However, that doesn't really change my view on the fact that this could just be a restructuring plan for the company. Also I know where you got confused here. When I stated "change around the management", I meant the developers and employees managing the studio.
I really enjoyed listening to all of your ideas. Nice to actually see a video that isn't just bashing Bungie, but providing genuine fixes and ideas. I'll reply again another day with some of my own ideas.
Overall I think the monetization to quality content ratio is lacking sunsetting in retrospect was not a fix but a bandaid yes the game is lighter but at cost of the story which we don't even need to get into, pois, and left a bad taste in everyone's mouths in general with the recycling of old content. D2 has so much more to offer than raids I am a single player and have tried to get into the "best" part of d2 but it's just not a realistic gaming experience, I've had the most fun in the crucible and gambit as well as the difficulty in trying to solo pve content (like acquiring thorn solo). The seasonal mold we currently are in is not working and I think I can speak as a gamer in general but the live service quarterly subscription experience is stale, why can't modes like the menagerie be permanent and just update the loot pool? I hate that a game I already paid for (ik d2 is free but I still bought the game b4 launch 😢) I can't experience fully without a following purchase of a monthly battle pass or dlc. I'm not sure it would fix all the problems, hell it might make more problems but I think a d3 might be essential. The current state of the game is diluted with soo many paywalls. If bungie was to make a d3 I would prefer them to take their time 5 plus years minimum, maybe we go back to the past so we gaurdians can experience some of the most interesting part of the lore also destiny's lore is soo 🤌🏾 maybe with a refresh the story could be fleshed out properly in game. Even typing this I know how unrealistic most of these request are but as a long time fan of the franchise I have nothing but love and passion for this series Ive made countless memories and truly I hate to see it come to this but I rather see change than watch my hobby/addiction fall from grace like this. Also side note imma give it a chance but honestly idgaf about marathon tbh😂fix destiny
Also you brought up a great point. It's crazy to me that the closest thing d2 players have to srl is that one strike on mercury 😂 please can we get more intricate and live game modes that let's the community interact with each other like I said there's so much more to d2 than raids. Destiny isn't just a looter shooter it's is own world with factions, real people, and just weight that has been cut out because "developing game hard" YOUR BUNGIE for crying out loud we shouldn't have to remind you of your creativity and past ideas. Also I don't just want the old things back I want new renovating ideas that fit within the world for destiny
I couldn’t agree more 👍🏽 At this point fixing Destiny 2 is almost an impossible task because we still have the same management team that layed off 100 developers but yet they haven’t been held accountable for killing the game. For me, I chose to leave the game and not pre-order the Final Shape. There has been so many great games this year that leaving Destiny and playing other games has been so much fun. Bungie won’t see me play their game again until they’ve proven that they genuinely made good changes instead of just reusing content and price gouging their eververse skins.
actually you can get used to it pretty quickly. Imo, unlucked stuttery framerate is better than locked 30 for some games. 30 locked is more bearable in narrative driven games. In the end, I wish games just gave us the choice.
you can't test lag by using attack moves, attacking in souls games isn't instant and also depends on how heavy the weapons are. you need to do the jiggle movement, forgot if Bloodborne had those though. lol
The original upload was on a different channel and I forgot to make it public. so I edited the ‘3 years ago’ text and decided to re-upload it on this channel.
I posted it to a different channel at the time and forgot to make it public. I don’t use that channel for gaming anymore, so I thought I’d re-upload it here
I only want two things in life, 60 fps... and anti-aliasing in Bloodborne. Edit: I wasnt able to do the same thing you did, but my TV had this Gaming Mode which sets automatically when there is a game on. I turned it off and got better fps and slightly better graphics so thank you.
@@melexie9155 i honestly dont care bout my inputs unless there's a Malenia level boss in this game. I have yet to meet it as I am swamped with college bs.
I think this is a really good idea for the casual pvp modes. There could also be a mechanic for whoever does more damage to the taken king gets 5 kills worth of score for their team or some shit.
This feature is built into the TV. You don’t have to pay for PS plus to use it. Check your TV settings and see if it has a similar feature. 👍🏽 : I’m doing testing on some more games and the latency issue really depends on which game you play.
