Spectacular, a mini Caesars Palace! I had the pleasure of touring this beautiful home that will impress any lover of iconic Las Vegas style. It is evident that the owner’s desire was to create a private paradise embracing traditional Vegas design, and it worked. The home exemplifies luxury with high end finishes and accents, including marble and gold leaf, sparkling appliances that are jewelry for the kitchen, statues, fountains, exquisite landscaping and privacy fencing. You have to see it in person to take in all of the details. Love it!
WOW, THIS HOUSE IS INCREDIBLE!!! What a dream home to have in Las Vegas! I love the are too. No HOA and huge lots. Hard to find in Las Vegas. I guess that's why Wayne Newton, some of The Golden Knights Players, some famous musicians, and the Casino Executives are the neighbors. I've just been relocated to Las Vegas from Paris for work and have been house shopping. Wish I could afford this one but maybe I can find something in my budget close by.
I went and viewed the property through a friend as I couldn't resist. I still can't afford it but how are 20 foot ceilings too low??? Also, how could all marble and limestone be outdated? This house is all new... It's even more stunning in person. You def shouldn't be reviewing houses!
Dated! And very closed off in terms of the room configuration. Gold fixtures?! The 80's called...they want their decor back. And you need a machete to chop through all the crap just to enter the house. Not a fan. Poor staging.
Certainly a very nice home but would have liked to see more of it than just the common areas. Also, as I've seen many times, why are these wine rooms exposed to light?! Any serious collector (I am one) knows light is the enemy of wine not just climate. Perhaps this cellar has some kind of specialized glass the protects against both UVA and UVB light? Otherwise get ready to drink some first rate (and expensive) vinegar.
We drove by this house 3 weeks ago- the house itself is amazing. The neighborhood is not. Lots of homeless very close by, zero security, no gates. Great house on an amazing lot, but the neighborhood leaves a lot to be desired. I don't see 5 million for this property. (Just my 2 cents)
Area isn’t that great, honestly. Badlands golf course is still a dead wasteland filled with homeless people. Crime in Queensridge has skyrocketed. There was a murder on Kings Gate Ct just last year after a violent home invasion.
I don’t know, it has a very haphazard look overall outside, like someone kept throwing up a pile of random buildings at different angles and elevations with no thought. When was it built? In the 2010s? All I see is 16,000 sq ft of dated materials (like the speckled countertops, that stone choice used throughout the house) and design language (the curves and bows in the walls/roofs that were popular in LV about 10 years ago) that would need to be updated at an extraordinary cost. I think that’s why was on the market for so long. It’s like having 16,000 sq ft of a Tuscan-style house. No one wants those style cues anymore.
