Calle looks exactly like me when I wake up (ok, I've got longer hair, but that doesn't make any difference), but at least he whistles(?) much better then me :D
Can somebody explain this show for me in english please? I find it very funny but how does the show work and why do the guests know so many songs? are they improvising?
Awaseme The contestants each write down a top10 list of songs they would like to get in the show, so they'll end up with around 60 different songs to choose from. Sometimes they improvise ofcourse, because of extra questions and just for fun :) But the chances are that 1 of the 6 participants always know the song they are trying to find :)
Beat for Beat works in rounds. What you're witnessing here is the third round (I think), where they're played the beginning of the song then the first person to Guess the song and sing an excerpt of it gets the point. In earlier parts of the program, you may get a hint to what sort of song it is, but you only get one instrument playing the song, guessing it gives you a point. In the first part of the show, there are five numbers on the wall behind the presentator, which the teams choose from. These numbers open up words, until a sentence is there. For each word they open they have to sing a song with that word in it, and if it is the right song (aka the song which the presentator has taken the five words from), they get a point. The team which ends with the most points win. Did that help?
