Wrong, you use Tapcon nails, the screws will fail over time maybe a year or two, the nails that are used for that will last a lot longer, that wouldn't pass for code.

What's hilarious is if you look closely, it's been rewrapped when they go to screw it on, it's not the original "incorrect" wrapping, as it would have been way to thick, I've tried putting excessive tape on there and it becomes to difficult to wrap. You have to do it somewhat thin regardless.
