Currently still watching the vid. But any recommendations on a certification in finance if you don't have a bachelors / experience in that field? I have an associates in business admin. But most of my work experience is in the trades / truck driving ect... ANd i dont think it would be worth my time to go back to school for 2 years. I was looking for something that i could do in like 6 months that would help my resume on it's own? I think i heard you can't become a CFP without a bachelors? any help would be appreciated
Nobody can become financially successful overnight. They put in background work but we tend to see the finished part. Fear is a dangerous component, hindering us from taking the bold steps we need in other to reach our goals.
I think it's not always about fear, Sometimes realistic factors discourage people from reaching their goals in life. For instance, I've tried investing in the stock market several times but always got discouraged by fluctuations of stock value
@@harrisonjamie794 This is the problem! Most times people with little or no knowledge of the stock market try investing by themselves. It once happened to me, then I learned my lesson and contacted a US-based finance consultant by name *PRISCILLA DIANE AIVAZIAN* and everything changed. I started enjoying huge returns from my investment.
I would like to know how many years that you have as a professional in the financial services industry. Also, which professional designations do you currently have? Thank you.
Listing agent's job is to get the highest price possible for the seller. If a seller needs to sell it quickly at a deep discount, just put it in Craigslist or other social media sell it to an investor. Discounted properties can always find buyers quickly regardless the market.
I am about to list with an agent I got through a referral from the Ideal Agent commercial. She is is a local top agent with Remax, but only is asking for a 2% commission as the selling agent. The buyer's agent can charge a max of 2.5%. My out of pocket is therefore 4.5% at most.
Thank you for the terrific overview on finance certification. I'm curious to know your thoughts on the various corporate finance institute (CFI) certifications. Personally, I'm interested in private equity; currently working on an MSF (concentration: Investments & Securities) but lack finance experience. As a non-traditional (active-duty servicemember) student, would you recommend a CFI cert. or something else? Cheers!
Thanks for wonderful informative video brother. Requesting an answer. I am working in Oman working as an inventory-purchase admin and earning 10 lacs per year . Ia have done master of commerce 5 years back . If I do frm now will I be getting a job in UK as a fresher or do I have to get 2 years of experience ?
Hey Nick, I recently graduated from UH Bauer College of Business with my bachelor's in Finance and just started my first semester at Florida State University as an MSF Grad student. I was wondering if we could chat about the differences between your experience at UH with the MSF program compared to mine at FSU. btw I find yall's videos very informative! Also wondering about your thoughts on possibly pursuing a CFA after finishing an MSF degree.
Whilst I do already have an analyst position at a reputable bank, I still chose to pursue an MSF degree simultaneously at FSU to accelerate my path towards promotions and upper-level positions. Working 8 hours a day at work, attending 3 hours of zoom lectures, and spending an average of 2 - 3 hours a day on homework has not been easy or maybe even healthy. Nonetheless, I have found that my classes have already taught me concepts I can apply at my everyday work from excel functions, statistical tests, financial modeling skills, and so much more.
Thanks a lot for such valuable content. How will I find such content in documents and research format? If I want to do different case studies of different real estate start ups, please suggest websites, magazines ,etc
I'm doing some research to see which green energy companies are the best to invest in. Do you think NEE is a good investment for the long run? What are some top competitors in the green energy industry? I'm new to this so I'm trying to find out where to start in order to choose the best 1-2 green energy companies to invest in. Thank you!
