Thanks i really appreciate you taking time out to make this video👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. Im thinking about starting a course next year. Your video was more than helpful👏🏾👏🏾
I surprised that you say its full time because online and on the application, it's says part time course. Your story is so similar to mine, except I'm still waiting for a practicum.
This is probably one of thee most frustrating careers to get into in South Africa. People need to make sure that they never stop at Honours too. Just go straight through to MA. Think 7 years and forget the Psychometrist and Registered Counsellor lie. The ANC government complete squandered that.
I am 24 years and i have certificate level 4 in psychology w and my qestion is where can i work with that certificate while i am studying for my bachelor
Dear Olwethu I hope this email finds you well. I am an honours Industrial psychology student in UJ. Aspiring and working towards becoming an Organisational Development Consultant. I am doing an assignment that requires me to conduct an interview with a practitioner, in order to gain insight information on my career goal 'Organisational Consultant' It would be a great honour to have you as my interviewee. These are the questions to be answered. 1. What types of job roles are available to match my career 6 goals? 2. What is the availability of these jobs? 3. What qualifications, experience, skills and knowledge are required for my future career goal? 4. What is the professional identity of my future job/career? 5. What is needed for career progression in the selected job/career? 6. What are further study options available in this line of work? 7. What companies are available for me to work at? Your assistance with answering these questions will be highly appreciated. Thank you
Watching this after i just registered. I attended their induction and they promised heaven and earth to a point where i started doubting all the people who has been complaining about them. Anyway, i still have not received a response on my email that i sent in September last year. I wonder if il ever get help from them. It was my last option
Hey Mpho have you tried emailing CHS - Collage of Human Sciences. The only way to get proper help in Unisa is calling direct people. Like the administrator for your Faculty. I have seen from experienced❤
I am 32 and will be starting a BA is psycology. Thank you for this video as everyone else makes me feel to old to reach my dream. All the best and God bless you
I’m in a position where I have to choose between UJ and NMU , can anyone give me any advice or suggestions on which universities is better to study in ?
Just came across this video, and it was so informative and interesting ❤ Also, I'm interested if you are able to get a bursary for the 6-month psychometry program?
Hi olwethu, i want to transfer from nwu to unisa for psychology could you please help me with my application.Unisa doesnt let me login ere i have a student number and when i apply it says student number not found.😭
Doing my 1st year Ba in psych and I'm not doing great. Do you or anyone know about transferring during undergrad to a different institution? What are the requirements and who is the best person for me to ask?
Hey @Shilovah_ so sorry to hear you’re having a bad experience. I’m actually looking at doing a BA in Psychology with UNISA, but now I’m second guessing it. Could you let me know your experience and if you’d recommend it?
@@septembergarden hey , I did my undergraduate Unisa and it went well. . Lectures are not the same. Some are helpful some not. Most importantly you study by yourself which can be difficult at times but you can go to the library near you to keep the motivation going. There's also student groups which some are helpful. The psychology content is great and interesting. Another thing in one of the study groups a previous Unisa student who ended up being accepted for Honours at Wits later told us that there were things that Unisa didn't teach us like Ethics in Psychology. So there are advantages and disadvantages. Just pray on it. Let God guide your journey . Don't fear. It's an overall beautiful journey. Whatever you choose , it will work out if you just fight until the end.❤❤❤All the best
Hey Olwethu, I'm currently studying pyschology, first year, general pyschology, Advanced Diploma NQF level 4, I live in Namibia & study here (We follow the same procedure as South African ). Any advice on how I can proceed further, Jobs & volunteering opportunities I can get into? Could you also tell me if UNISA accepts NQF4 for a Bachelors degree?
Hey Olwethu. Seeing that you have gone into psychometry, would you still be eligible for clinical psychology? Or does this route mean that you need to do something different at master's level?
