well my friend 99.99999 of the time when a judge declare a case mistrial ,🫰🏻is over and it should be dismissed immediately is against the Constitution of the United States to open a new trial in court against the person that already have a mistrial. sorry to tell you but it's no such thing of receiving a plea deal after your case was a mistrial & should be dismissed immediately.
