Where do you get the jellyfish? When I go to Asian markets the jellyfish are sold in packets but they aren't marked gluten free because they come with a spice packet and I'm not sure about the liquid they're in.
Thanks for the recipe! I just made it. Can you give me some advice. The skin of the spring rolls is really tough and quite chewy / hard. Do I need to add more water or less?
Oh ok, next time maybe you want to try soaking the rice paper longer, brush on more oil half way through cooking, and cook on a higher temperature on the air fryer. Hope it works out for you!
