This government only cares about it's ever expanding need for office space. When they built a bigger and badder shelter across from an offsales and across from the so called "supportive" housing project (it only supports drug dealers), what did they think would happen? The cops patrol that area more than they watch for drunk drivers on the highway, and people still die at the shelter and get stepped over. If they want things to be safer, they should be more focused on making things more affordable and building high rise apartments, and building more post-secondary education centers. Instead they built a new prison, a new operations building, and the emergency shelter. What a joke.

He was misdiagnosed with a stomach virus, and ended up in the PICU with pneumonia. We thought we were going to lose him. 8 days he spent in there. Chest tube and all. It was awful

Would love to see the on board video from the DFO boat. If no radio contact was attempted by DFO and the DFO didn't try to approach, pull over and board prior to this video, I'd say the DFO is at full liability. But.. I would bet to say from her comment that it wasn't safe for them to board her boat, she was refusing to stop and comply. If that's the case , she definitely owns some responsibility. Either way, I hope she gets that boat fixed or retired before it sinks! That thing is done!
That boat should be banned from use. It is completely rotten. The police where we boat do routine stops and our boats bounce off each other without issue.
