It's good that you gave an explanation for each wood therapy tool, but I wish you would have given a demonstration on how to use these different tools.
Hello I love this video! I want to tell you that I did some research and the best wood for wood therapy tools is URAPAN. There are some cheaper woods that work well too like PINE and OAK. Finally, the least recommended wood in these cases is the beech wood, it is a bit porous and fragile, it can break and cause skin injuries. I clarify that I am not an expert in wood therapy :) .
