this is the the same problem I am having. since it started doing this, none of the pedals work now... lights on, but nobody is home.

My problem with my CS12 is a bit different. One of my 400 ma outputs failed after just over a year. I've had to gig for over a year now with a Strymon wall wart in addition to myCS12. Despite this, I can't say enough good things about my Truetone but their customer service is centered on 'send it in and we'll fix it' which is great, except when you're a working musician & can't afford a month or two of downtime.

Are your pedals 9v or 18v? Can you plug in a 9v pedal into a 18v unit?

lol if i were him i'd delete all evidence of this total mishap reminds me of the time i sent my transmission back not knowing it had nothing to do with THEM

18 volts are acceptable for this Barber Electronics Buss pedal. I had to research

I just received my brand new cs12 today, and I am having similar problems. I used inputs 2 through 11, turned it on and had the same flashing you had on pedals that were on inputs 3-7, but no power at all to input 2. Very frustrating, but i'm glad to see i'm not the only one who has had this experience.

I am sorry to hear that. The good news is that it seems like Truetone's customer service is very good. Don't hesitate to contact them. I still need to update the video description but it actually turns out that they sent me a whole new unit back! I had taken good care of mine so it looked brand new, so initially I thought it was mine that was fixed, but after emailing them to let them know that everything worked well and to thank them for sending it back boxed with all of the accoutrements a new unit comes with, they informed that it was in fact a new unit! And it's been working very well with no issues. So do contact them! Good luck!
