So most important is redundant steering power & anchoring but if rogue still not enough. So need air power bus recovery system & a way to shift water ballast from 1 side to other. The air recovery system needs to use hot gas blown air for max lifting/righting power. A floating air cushion filled w/gas blown hot air can lift it back off its side & shifting water ballast will do the rest. It happened when elites or greek captain clipped island & it sank on its side.
