We are doing this for my spring concert and I am a soprano 1. It seems pretty easy to do we just got it yesterday, and we are doing another one called shoot me to the moon or something to that matter ( in other words). The only thing I would work on here is just keeping eyes to the conductor. I know sometimes it may be hard but trust me it works miracles. And also be careful on the begininning I see trees of green someone went sharp. But as far as those 2 things SUPERB JOB :) Great tone also :)
Here is a tip for that choir. NEVER EVER take your eyes off the conductor and If you need to scratch you nose or something save for after the performance or before the performance because our music teacher before we went on stage to perform at the choral eisteddfod.
I am. :P My band director just gave me the music for this. It's so fun. Although, the speed is a little meh...and the solo definitely could have used a lot more energy. The trumpet soli is out of tune like no other...but holy shit, the sax soli was VERY together and sounded absolutely wonderful. I hope I make first band and get to play this.

Good Lord! You have made the trumpet parts sound GOOD! After playing this all year, we had Screamer Trumpet Codey Thomas on the solo, and a Senior who hadn't played for a year on first, and two marginally competent freshmen on second and third. Drums could come down a bit, and the flute would be nice to hear, and could the guitar turn down just a bit, the 16th pairs are getting wiped out. And Trombone/Bari Sax could come up in measure two.
Very good. Trombones sound a little out of tune, and the Bari needs to come out more in the opener. Seeing as how this is the IMEA All-State piece, good luck with your auditions.
@keychika I promise I updated this one when I updated the other routine that someone commented was incorrect. For some reason, the changes must not have been saved. Now it should be good. Is first place correct? (That's what was in Mr. Buti's release.)
@hEaRtSxLUVxRiDiNg I'm sorry about that. Thank you for correcting me. Mr. Buti's announcement says that WCG got first place in both--is that not right? (RU-vid doesn't let me post the link, but it's on the Boosters Web site at /?p=1154.)
