Yes, and it's so sad. I was put on amlodipine 2 months ago. After a few weeks on it at my follow up visit the doctor told me my blood pressure was still a little high, but when I asked if I should still take my hibiscus supplements he said "No, please don't" 😒
I am one of those people that is on a single low-dose aspirin a day. I was diagnosed five years ago with atrial fibrillation. I am on the lowest dose of Diltiazem 120 mg 24 hours. I put cayenne pepper on my eggs every day. I have always kept fresh ginger juice In a jar in my refrigerator. I add a spoon to a spoon and a half to every cup of Earl Gray I drink in the morning and afternoon. I may start taking a capsule a day of cayenne pepper instead of the aspirin. I did not know as was dangerous. I chose to take the aspirin instead of the very dangerous blood thinner medication that they wanted to put me on.
