Hey there Courtney !! 👋😊 Great channel you have going here !! Congrats on all your success , and wishing the best for even more for the rest of 2019 and beyond !! Thanks very much for showcasing another great workout , and hope to see more awesome content in the future. Your back muscles are outstanding by the way. 👍😊 ... So I wondered , when you are doing gym training , which style in general , do you feel gives you more of a challenge: doing high reps with light weight or low reps with heavy weight ?? ... And what is your height ?? ... Well keep going strong 💪 and keep on inspiring. 😊 Look forward to being apart of the Train Hard Live Happy fan club !! Cheers. 🍷😎
Hiya! Thanks so much for the support and kind words, they are very much appreciated!! I honestly do a decent combination of both! I go through phases, a few months at a time I will focus on low reps/higher weight and then usually closer to summer I focus on higher reps/lighter weight and do more HIIT cardio intertwined with that. And I am 5'3". Thanks again for watching and joining the family!! If you haven't followed on FB and IG, please do, we are happy to have you! Have a great week! 👊💥💪
Loved the video, great tips! Your cats were cracking me up. For the peanut butter, another alternative could be PBfit. Its the powder peanut butter, all you do is add a little bit of water to 2 Tbsp of the powder. It takes some getting use to lol but its more than half the calories of a serving of regular peanut butter. Taste pretty good with apples :)
Oh, yes, good call! Powdered PB is great!! Thank you for adding that (: Hahaha yes, my cats like to try and steal the show!! 😂😂 Thanks so much for watching! <3
So sorry about your loss. It was the first year this past January since my Uncle committed suicide. Grief is never easy. You are so bubbly and have a great personality!
Jay Park Thanks so much Jay, I am sorry for your loss as well. It is an awful feeling to experience. But thank you for the compliment, I appreciate your support!!
