The representative office of Rossotrudnichestvo in Tanzania carries out its projects on the basis of the Russian Centre of Science and Culture in Dar-es-Salaam (RCSC). The center was founded in 1988 and began its work in late 1990. During the work of the "Russian center" it has become one of the most popular cultural institutions in the country.
