I just recieved my hazmat endorsement and twic card just recently got out of prison 18 months ago they did deny me but I asked for a waiver and with all my certificates from tdcj they approved me

It didn't work for me either. The 2green lights works normally, but when i put it in fan mode it just works fine without cutting off. When i put to ac mode it only works for five minutes mode then it cut blowing air

Hazmat with a record is actually easier then most people realize. Even if declined off the bat, 99% of appeals are approved. The key is 5 years. 5 year ls from the completion of your sentence(which includes any parole, probation, supervision, etc.)

I have a TWIC card and I am going through CDL school. I had to appeal to get my TWIC because of my felony conviction. My question is: when applying for hazmat in Texas, do I have to go through the background check again through the TSA since I already have a TWIC?

I had record wiped gun rights restored nothing on record now. Been 21 days still no twic and I am a marsec 2 security officer at port might loose job if twic don't come through.

My conviction was in 1993, was released in 2009. I literally was a juvenile.. I applied for the hazmat and appealed and since then allowed a few months to go by while attempting to have my record expunged and or sealed.. should I reapply or what is the recommendation???

Im a felon with a violent past 2010 conviction assult 2 yr sentence got out got my twic in 2013 . 2016 caught 5 more felonies all assaults got 7 yr sentence deffered probation and a program got out 2017 re applied for my twic 2019 and got apporoved still on paper today is 6/10/2022. 1 1/2 years left till complete . look up disqualifing offences for twic interm you have a waiting period and perminate if your charge is in there your out off luck now if you have twic that will provide as your bg check for hazmat get that your gtg

What do you know of someone who did a robbery and took a plea bargain for probation when their probation is up do you think they can apply for their hazmat with a letter from their probation officer or do you think they got to wait 7years? Also how long were you out before you applied for your hazmat?
