Never ever ever should anyone step off a glasswalk (although this one is so small it’s more of a glass-step) without having their feet checked - rookie mistake
It looks like they are crossing one side to another. Seems like this is like a challenge to play with many people. This is like a tic tac toe moving with the feets.
This is more fun to move at simultaneously. It seems more challenge how to move at the same time. This is more experience with working as a team building.
With no offence to the trainer who explained some aspects of human behaviour well, I have an observation. It sounds like a lecture, one one way download of information, which does not engage the participants. Hardly any participant spoke. The first sharing from a participant came at 7.39 mins and that two was just an answer which the facilitator ignored and did not even acknowledge or precess. He carried on with his download - one-way delivery. There was no relevance to any particular activity. I will not call this de-briefing. In debriefing a trainer/facilitator extracts 'feelings' of participants related to an experience they have all had in a situation simulated through an activity by initiating a conversation through probing questions. He initiates a discussion around 'what happened and how did you feel about it, leading to an inner realisation that leads to a shift in behaviour.
