I am debating whether to read magnolia of binding 13 first. They sound similar in some aspects, lots of drama and thick books. Normally I read fantasy or sci-fi. But I like to switch it up sometimes. Which one would you (or anyone else) recommend? 😊
It‘s only my opinion and I only read binding13, BUT I wish I hadn’t. It is propably just me, but the best thing were the side characters who didn‘t get enough pages. But it was funny, I read through it pretty fast and their backstorys weren‘t that bad. This propanly did not help. I hope you enjoy wich ever one your chosing and do not give to mich on my opinion, I think I‘m just not into these kind of books these times
Fellow Ravenclaw 💙 City of Brass and the Daevabad trilogy in my opinion is adult but it is probably my favorite fantasy series. It got me back into reading and I always recommend it. 😊
I listened to Beartown a few years ago, Fredrik Backman is my fav Swedish author - it is a bit "heavy" and unusual because there are very serious things happening (things that happen in real life) and the reader is a silent observer. Like you want to make things right and hug the characters haha but instead you only get to watch the plot unravel and justice/injustice happening. But having said that, the story pulls you in and keeps u reading 😊
Hi Freya, just so you know that there is actually at least one viewer who has taken you up on a recommendation (that's a long intro!) I'm almost done with One For My Enemy. Soooo dark. I like the five-act structure, only have one other book (which, even though it seems like a dark read is actually light compared to OFME) with 5 acts (Evi Kammer) -- 5 acts is rare I think. Most writers go for 3. Anyway, though dark it's beautifully written. Thank You for the rec!!
Always enjoy your videos 😊 I am the same way with audiobooks, I usually listen while doing chores or driving. I loved Just For The Summer! I need to read more Abby Jimenez.
i ran to download "the games gods play" book simply because of how well you described it and only last minute did i notice its not even out yet 😭heartbreak fr
Brutal prince has very less steamy scenes compared to other dark dark romance and if you didn't like this one, you probably won't like this genre but if you still want to give it a go read predator and reaper,it has the build up you'll enjoy 😊
