Ok I’m confused now saw another review that contradicts this video .. Dominican VlogH says it’s a 4 star & rooms are dirty & some have ant problems, did you stay near main area? She gave tips about the locals & the local areas .
It’s a 5* resort it’s on their website and google. We had a problem with our first room and it was ants outside our room and not in our room. The locals are very friendly and there are shops around but you will need to get a driver to take you to the shopping mall which is about 10-15 minute drive
Wonderful video I'm going here next year and was looking forward to the food. Got me thinking now your rating is only 3 out of 5. Looks really nice the hotel. I hope 11 days is enough?? Do you need much spending money ?
Thank you. You will enjoy it for the entertainment parts but I would say get food off the resort 10 times better. Yes bring spending money with you for excursions and food
Looool the toilet is behind the room door when you enter into the room. It is separate from the bathroom. I will be going back there next month, enjoy your trip ❤️
@@jennim23 oh ok I get it! 😂 . I think I watched to many videos about this resort now I’m confused… this is a positive one , like she work there compared to a person that lives there. Maybe that’s why cause the locals come every weekend, they say some of the rooms is dirty , someone filmed a rat But they changed her room . lol I’m not sure if I’m gonna cancel or not But I want to stay at main location if I do.
Hello, thank you. The rooms were very clean and house keeping clean every single day. The food is your normal basic stuff they didn’t really serve any Dominican food. But they have different restaurants to eat from

Thank you, for the excellent detailed positive review! I am going very soon from London with my daughters and I was getting a bit worried about some of the bad reviews.
The only bad thing that I would talk about is the distance from the rooms to the main areas but it all depends on what number room you get as they have a lot of rooms but everything else was perfectly fine. You will enjoy and so will your daughters depending on their age their cater to children under 16 they have activities for them during the day so you can relax
Hi Gem We going next month August How many floors? I have disability and am terrified of lifts and can't do stairs Does it have Ground floor not basement,as Travel lodge calls basement ground floor,when we mean ground they call it first
Hello, the have 10 floors at this hotel. So basically the ground floor is the reception and restaurant they do not have any rooms there. The first floor which you have to take a lift or stairs is the next level for rooms and further up until 10th floor. I hope this helps
Me and my fam went here and someones boxers were in the room on the floor And they tried to upgrade us but then they never emptied the bins in the last room So we asked for a refund and left
