As a woman I found this video really helpful. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and experiences. But this idea that men should focus on winning, keep emotions locked inside and ect is something that comes with the social phenomenon of toxic masculinity and i know you say that's that natural for you men, but i don't think its very healthy imo. Just maybe if we can get rid of all this toxicity men will be raised in a society that does not encourage all that harmful mechanisms of coping. I'm just thinking it would make therapy more effective for men when they don't have those internal rules they cannot break bc they were natured in it since birth in this toxic masculine society. I do wholeheartedly agree about men being physiologically different from women in behavioural department bc of hormones and ect. We SHOULD embrace our differences to get more benefits from them. But psychological pressures that toxic masculinity puts on men psyche is just so wrong. Sorry, English is my third language

@@VanshDeswal45 Aced my graduation exams. About 2 weeks back. Already read and watched through some of my favourite childhood films and books. I'm really locked in on this copywriting thing now, expecting to be going on sales calls within a week. Have no girl on my mind for the first time in ages, I'm completely in love with God. Life's looking good. I want to be the best father I can be, i hope that to be the case in the coming years. My body has been doing nothing but aching from exercising since graduating. Finally have the time to help parents and grandparents with hard labor in the garden - shit, life's looking up. Absolutely relieved since the end of school. Nothing but walks in the woods and running and shit. Really enjoying life, I forgot about my phone. My kids are gonna be the luckiest kids alive.
brownish humanoid figure from foreign countries watches one hamza video and does the revolutionary thing of repeating what he said but being naked on camera this time . Human stupidity when it comes to the internet and "opinions" of correlating unrelated topics to one another to explain a point every 14 year old knows , enjoy being under 1k subscribers "self improvement" youtuber.
People like when you are reliable and predictable. That includes being like you want to be, and be your best. If you change too much from day to day, people don’t know how to be around you. So be yourself with pride and honor, it’s not about changing or being like other wants you to be.
It's about presenting your best self, but I don't think it's fair to keep yourself predictable. There's a certain limit. Because if you want to actually change and be better than who everyone else "thought" you were, then you have to be unpredictable. We don't love the people who pass and say "Oh he was such a great guy and he was so predictable" We love the people who fully embodied themselves and did what it was THEY wanted to do rather than what other people expected and predicted of them. If that meant they were unpredictable then so be it.
@@VanshDeswal45 yeah bro, I hear that. I see it from a leadership and organizational view. If you as a leader is unpredictable, people don’t follow you and don’t know how to be, it’s talked about lot about that. Many people want stability, and they seek that out from people who are stable and predictable. Being yourself and being predictable do not exclude each other. You can be both. When you are breaking out, then it’s good to be unpredictable for a moment.
Bru you talking bout your hair when u were younger reminded me of the moments back in the day when my dad would give me a diabolical ass haircut 😭😭 And that sht with the barber telling you if you want (x) amount of hair cut is true asf TILL this day
i think alot of "masculinity" stems from deeprooted insecurity. if someone is naturally masculine, then i have no problems with it. but it's often what they assume is natural, is not. the constant need to prove themselves, the lack of growth in learning other worldviews and lack of learning compassion and empathy is something that people have labeled as something masculine. but it just means they want an excuse to not change and grow as a person. if you don't want that, that's fine. but at least be honest about it.
Masculinity although is certainly influenced by biology it is most definitely more nurture than nature. Masculinity is a social construct, it is a set of attributes and behaviors that is culturally or socially associated with men. For example many Western cultures view things such as having a strong work ethic, the desire to provide as well as protect as masculine. All of which have their contributions from male nature but the ideas are based predominately on social expectations which is why masculinity might mean something completely different dependent on who you ask and from where they were brought up as well as the fact that the idea of what Masculinity is has changed all throughout history. One thing though that masculinity never is, is the desire to appear masculine...in fact most if not all cultures would see that as very non-masculine. For an example of this a man who can shed a tear may be seen as more masculine for it but someone who cries all the time over little things would be seen as non-masculine so the idea of "men don't cry" as a masculine trait is although not fully accurate it is based on genuine masculinity.
Hey another informative video as always bro, just curious about something. In the thumbnail you used you seem to have a darker skin tone compared to now. Was that due to skincare routines or lifestyle changes?
I can't say I've delved so deeply into how bright or dark my skin was haha. I would say it is probably due to life style changes. Going to the gym, eating clean, getting more sunlight, drinking more water. All these things could most definitely be the reason why my skin has gotten better.
