I was wondering if you guys had reviewed a big bubble air max cause yall were in shock. Glad yall mentioned you hadn't. Big bubble are mote comfortable. I don't rock women releases so I'll be copn the airmax day release
There’s nothing off about it. It’s the Air Max 1 modeled from the original 1986 silhouette. The current Air max 1 models you’re use to, are modeled after the 1987 silhouette, which had the smaller air bubble and lines in the midsole. The original “Big Bubble” in 1986 didn’t hold up during cold weather and the bubble would crack. That’s when Nike redesigned it for the 1987 release. FYI the Air max day release has the same. exact shape
It’s sorta like buying several Jordan 1 low and calling Nike out because the 85, OG, and retro are all different. They even put 86 in the name to inform you that it’s going to be different from the 87s. 🤏🏾 was that close to hitting the follow button.

@@TheWhiskeyandKicksShow they’re fuego for sure. the color execution reminds me of how the wave runners were styled. a neutral toned lifestyle sneaker with combinations of contrasting colors near another for that pop. subtle but still stands out. i think these will be appreciated more in time. a slow burn 'Lowheat Fancypants' kind of shoe. that’s a youtuber btw if you’re into checking him out. his style is.. unique, but i appreciate the underdog kind of sneaker creators and what he offers. same with y’all. i can see this colorway becoming more sought after if this style of New Balance shoe is still poppin in a few years. i think these are in the same vein of a Joe Freshgoods colorway or even an Action Bronson touch. only thing missing was an official collab name attached to it and a special box. these are that good. i know this comment was longer and likely random as hell but y’all are appreciated and y’all enjoy the Super Bowl tonight. peace.
