Looking to post videos as I figure out what I am able to do with this channel. I'll look for interesting things to post and may upload videos of interesting finds.
I don't think so, of you cant cycle through the source list it might be having board issues. Try turning it off for a minute or two then turn it back on, use the source button to see if you can cycle through
Model ? And do you have the right remote? I would check the simple stuff first. Check to see if the buttons on the projector work , turn it off and back on. Then try the menu button from both.
@Txstock So I have no display other than a white blank screen. Looks like new, but no buttons work on projector as I see no image. Xa1 I believe is the projector model. Bought same remote that was in the paperwork used, Laser works so figure it's working?
Honestly for the average usecase no. The change from 480s to 680s is in native resolution and lumens (brightness). 680s have more hdmi connections whereas the 480s have one. I would google the specs and get the most recent relevant information.
I would prefer the 685 over the 480 for stuff beyond 1080p, the main issue I ran into at home is the screen you project on matters as well. So we get into the issues of the clarity and brightness of the colors, in this case I definately prefer the 685 over the 480s. I project on a white wall so I run into the issue of darker colors not showing up well, but i'm planning in my next upgrade to get an ALR screen so that this won't matter.
@Txstock I got an alr screen and the 695wi just got it off of ebay because of you. I got the vava alr ust screen from Walmart for 500$ and my projector should be coming in today, wish I could show pictures on here..
I'm using my epson projector model number EB-440W Without a Walmart I mean I'm not using it on the ceiling I'm using it on the floor But the pictures turn upside down Please can someone help me to turn it
This was because I did not have it connected to power. I was just doing a walk around type of display to show what it looks like and what connections it has.
@@Txstock its a hard to find cable. It took me a few months to find one that would work. I also got scammed (and thankfully refunded) while trying to buy one. So be careful finding one
yeah good to know you got your money back, yeah I'll keep an eye out for that, I've felt the pain of being scammed too. I lost quite alot also so I'm being careful too.
unfortunately no, I've been in the middle of moving to another place that all my stuff is shuffled. Hopefully I can get myself situated soon so I can get back to normal uploads then I can probably get back to it. Thanks for the comment and engagement.
Got this for $40 with 900 hour bulb. Its amazing picture. I added a 4 inch duct and 4inch fan and send the heat out a nearby window in my bedroom. Its 120 inches atm.
sorry for the delayed response, sounds like your LCD is going out, and those usually aren't cheap, check with a local repair shop that does projectors and see what they can do.
Hi there sorry for the delayed response, I upgraded it in the sense that I replace my projector itself. You can try using a multi HDMI switch and connect everything to that and then connect the main output to the projector HDMI port. Try using the one below from amazon, or any multi in and one out option also will work. Search for this on amazon : HDMI Switch 4k@60hz Splitter, GANA Aluminum Bidirectional HDMI Switcher 2 in 1
Hey man, the remote is for the Dell S320, it found correctly with the Dell s300? I gues the correct remote is the TSKB-IR02 but this found correctly with this proyector? Thanks in advice ñ_ñ
