Hello everyone! I'm Berkay, I like to build simple structures that gets the job done visually and don't take hours to build. If you'd like to follow along or maybe help shaping the future of the channel with me, feel free to subscribe!
Oh, it would definitely be better. However, that is the intention in this series of simple buildings I have made. I wanted to make sure it would look decent even with the most accessible material. These are simple buildings that you can create in the first hour of the game. Also since it is not showcase or tour but a building video using one material without changing saves a lot of time. I also recommend in the description if you have access to different materials to use them.
My suggestion is to raise the gate and just leave a part of it showing at the top. The wonky opening throws the look off. Awesome build though man, this shit always inspires me to do better
Yes, I agree. I think I wanted to make it feel closed when you are further away, but still accessible when you are closer. I hope they add retractable items or the ones that are can move other blocks so we can create bigger gates. Thanks for feedback!
@@dessvideogames Definitely, but bit of work to patch up the holes lol. I started on the roof then decided to build a wall around the hills. A lot of work 😒
Yeah I patched the entire ground with dirt block. Walls on hills would take too much time but I bet it will look cool. I'm definitely gonna use hills too for other buildings to create more packed city. Have fun!
Thank you! I hope you detailed more than i did, because just the keep video shorter i cut so many ideas like making a confession room, having a place for dinners, a graveyard or a basement etc. I'll make a new church with those ideas for my town.
Yes it is! Thanks for the feedback. I'm currently building a town and these are just extras to create a theme. After a castle and chruch i'll start adding npc buildings and environmental details.
Hi there! The first thing that comes to mind is the sheltered status (left corner under the hp bar). Make sure there are no gaps in the building. Secondly, you haven't placed the first tool he asks for. Craft and place it. Hope this helps.
I didn't dig the hole, the foundation did. I just built the house before the recording and rebuilt it in the same place. Demolition keeps the holes on the ground and that is why in the video the blocks fit perfectly back into the hole. I didn't think people could think it was necessary to dig a hole.
I thought so too, but the reason I put the ladder on that side was because of the placement of the bed and other furniture on the second floor. You can place the ladder wherever you like upon wherever you're planing to place furniture on the second floor.
