greetings, I have a problem with the relay, it won't activate on a call, I can't even set the duration of the relay's activation, but it activates on SMS messages without any problems, then I'm off after two seconds, can you help me? Thank you
Can G23 bases be either 2 pin or 4 pin while still just being called "G23" bulbs? If yes then that's a mix-up in the making! Also, thanks for the guide link as my hearing isn't great.
Hi, I have a problem with this item. All seems to be working ok except for I can't change the relay close time! Ive tried everything following the instructions given, even trying the reset, but it still wont change the close time. I keep getting message 'Command error, re-send command Please' Can you please advise if there is anything else I can do or is this a faulty item that needs replacing. Thanks

Thankyou, I just bought a whole bunch of UVC lamps on ebay for sterilising equipmnent and they're all g23 which i thought was just mains powered hgahaha
thanks for the tutorial. Mine does not control the relay, everything is fine but no command to the relay is received. When I do a reset, the relay light comes on and then stays on. the phone call goes through, but nothing after that. Your advise please
Will the GSM RTU5024 work with a 5g Verizon Sim card? The status light on top blinks fast like it's connected but I don't recieve any replies from the relay showing that any of my inputs were accepted.
Thanks for this run through. On my 3rd RTU 5024 unit here. The first would need a reset after just one day (returned). The Second one lasts around 6 days. The third one I will install this week. My use case is remote gate with 12V 100Ah battery. My RTU 5024 my says 9V-15V. Is there something I need to do between this battery and the unit? I have read that many run into the reset problem. It makes the unit worthless though If you need to reset it weekly or even monthly. Willing to replace components if you know what causes the need for a reset. Also how much current do these draw when they function correctly?? I haven't really been able to map out my expected life on a 100Ah battery at 12V. Thanks for your time.
Does this device work in the USA? Can the same app be used if there are multiple devices and gates on the property? When opening device would you then select the correct gate in the app prior to turning on the relay? Does the app default to a device if multiple devices are added. Do authorized users have to be listed per gate or will the authorized list be available to all gates? Thank you

Yes it will work . It depends on maximum input voltage of the regulator ICs inside. For this G.S.M relay controller you can input 24 volts . But , I'm not sure whats inside your rtu5024 .

Hi , could you tell me how set the numbers as Authorized please? Because If I send the 1234#AU# command , the option control by the ringing not working. Only If I set all numbers allowed by 1234#AA# command.
Hello my device is not able to switch a relay from authorized number. I have set a master with 001 position and another with position 002. Non of these can control the relay. Only if I change settings to allow for any number to control it.
