Do you have any land option lease agreements with an example of this blanket easement? I have heard about non-disturbance easements which as that there not be activity that could affect the electricity generation (i.e. a solar facility should ideally not have multiple grain bins metres away and directly south of the panels). Anyways, would love to hear and see more of these blanket easements examples to make sure they don't make there way into surface agreements!

I wonder if you can heat the water with geotermal heat using a heatpipe. Bury a 20ft ¾'' or 1'' galvanized pipe straight into the ground, vacuum the inside, and fill with a small amount of water or alcohol. Leave a small length above ground and it will stay at ground temperature the whole year. There are many videos here on youtube about making heatpipes
