Yes. Just like in tree cutting. The peasants will travel to the closest tree/rock to the warehouse hut or peasant centre so the collect a little faster. Maybe you could test it in game what the actual difference is, time the two ways. Also when there’s too many peasants in a stone location you will see some are just standing around and waiting their turn. Usually happens around 90-120 peasants depending on how big stone is and assuming you placed the warehouse just below the field(they always drop it off at the back)
@@theweirdbubble just remember though the market got nerfed so now rushing market doesn’t give you that much of a lead. You’re better off building it after your town halls and barracks.
@@HYPPSWins it will take a long time to get third TH without a market though? Especially if you put down Barracks before the market. Do you plan on starting to upload again? The community is screaming for an English speaking creator

Just by watching this video (without watching part 2) I've managed to absolutely destroy one "Impossible" computer with ease. Thanks for detailed explanation of every step.
You should really prioritise beer more. Each overclocked brewery generates a net profit of 700 gold when supplying workers or 1300 when supplying artisans, accounting for the whole production chain cost. It really helps with the early game ramp to have beer on every island as early as possible
Just curious you're floating so much money at the beginning can't you trade some of it with Archie at the beginning and ramp into houses and production faster that way?
The trick to Ukraine can be summed up as a focus on quality over quantity. You've got a lot of decent and cheap melee units that can just barely get you through early game where your goal is to hold out until you can get a bunch of upgrades into your serkerks(sp?). After a certain point your gunmen will be able to flatten just about anything.
Exactly. They have a higher range than 17th century musketeers and you kite all the way to your base and use the peasants to slow the enemy down, they’re pretty strong and cannot be captured))
Yeah I think they have the most powerful shot, good vs mele but terrible against other ranged shooters as they have a really short range and have a slow unit deployment rate
Hahah. Sit here and steal their gold. Because the market rates change globally if you wait around people will try to get more gold from stone or wood by selling a gold into stone or wood in small quantities and then do a big reverse trade from stone or wood into gold which nets you extra gold. It’s market manipulation but because it’s multiplayer I just wait for somebody to manipulate the market and then snipe the favourable price meaning they just lost gold into stone / wood and I had just pumped the price back down. Hopefully that explains it hahah.
@@HYPPSWins I have never seen this thing happening while playing, but maybe someone else could confirm this is legit. Anyways this seems to be winning key to your gameplay
And all this wall thing. Dude, this is not even honorable uploading this nonsense to YT. 350 hours on this game for me and I officially say - even if you are an amazing player, but this is absolutely not 1 vs 7. Sorry, but I must say shame dude
@@cooldj18 I won because the enemy were not coordinated and some of them surrendered and quit. It’s was lucky game I guess. I don’t feel shame for the upload, there are worse click bait things out there on RU-vid and I don’t consider this video too far. It’s what happened on my livestream and I was in the top 2 rank players in the world at that time. And I was testing the Prussian musketeers defence stance that gave them OP Armor which I was nerfed but the tooltip was not correct. It was a remnant from the Cossack 1 code of the Prussian nation pick. The Prussian 18th century musketeers were the best in the game for camping so strong that you could actually stomp 1vs7 if everyone attacked your army while it was camping. But I was testing this and by luck of the random players managed to win. Btw the market got nerfed too so this global price sniping is not viable anymore as people don’t backtrade gold for higher value trade unless they have millions of stone. Just enjoy the game, sadly the devs abandoned it and I stopped playing it a while ago because of hacking issues in ranked.
Nice tutorial ! But why build a store house to then destroy it instead of just building it near resources? I also don't quite understand the need to rush build a market. I'm far from being a pro but I find that I can easily manage resources in the beginning without having to build the market right away. I just build the mill right away, then 2 town halls, the blacksmith, then a barrack while peasants are being pumped out from the town halls and going into harvesting wood and stone right away, then food, then gold and proceed with other builds.
Hey. Thanks. Storehouse gets more expensive the more of them you build as with other building but the first one is really cheap. Rushing the market first gave you a better resource exchange rate compared to other players as the exchange rates are shared globally and executing a trade effects the rate so you could end up with 1000 more wood than your opponent from the beginning and can easily snowball from there. The market mechanic got slightly reworked in balancing the game so this market rush is not as effective as it used to be. I would still build it though but it wouldn’t be rushed as some build orders require you to exchange resources for extra wood/stone so would build the storehouse in a more appropriate place.
@@hircine92h same reason they refuse to play maps with water because they cant do their ranged spams and sit on hills all game thats why you should always make your own map and not join others
Sorry Man... but as i see how much units you build i'm quite sure i would destroy you every time by normal nation at 10 pt. Russia would build like 200 Pikeman, 10+ priest and 100++ shield man from Diplo.
I’m sure you would but you would only get one chance to push and win. This is because as Ukraine play style is to kite right back to the base and use the peasants as a front line, then you will lose vs serdyuks no matter how many pikemen you build on the retreat, they don’t have as good bullet defence as their European counterparts which they make up for in numbers. Pike vs Russian pike is suicide Russia will win if no cannons are involved. Of course as Ukraine vs Russia you have to have a different play style from the beginning, I wouldn’t use a tactic like this, my approach will be rush gold but invest it in 100 dragons from diplomatic centre out instead of Hermans and use them to kite even more. But you have a strong chance of breaking through at a pt 10 push with maxed out attack on Russian pikes and with a well trained build order you would win by catching Ukraine unprepared. The longer you leave your push the less chance you have. Anyways good luck in your games. I hope I gave you some tips incase you do face a strong Ukraine player. It’s strategies and counter strategies))
It was a game built 20 years ago, Cossacks 3 was a reboot of the game but sadly only nostalgic players picked up the game, those of us that played it at its peak. The new generation of players were never accessed and so when copies stopped being sold the devs must of ran out of money to carry on balancing and improving the multiplayer aspect of it. They tried different ELO ranking systems but in the end there was not enough interest. So it’s a combination of things, despite the game being ahead of its time in terms of pure number of units you can control, something like 10,000 compared to 200 in Starcraft, it failed to capture a new audience. It’s largely a macro economic game that is shown through real time unlimited unit production and epic size battles so it definitely deserves its own sub genre. Dota is a micro strategy game, you’re in control of a champion and it’s more relatable for a lot of people and easy to get into as there is usually only one main game mode like chess. Cossacks on the other hand is built like more of a sandbox strategy game but I don’t see a reason why it couldn’t rise to be a competitive game if it was built in a fantasy genre as opposed to a historical setting which sadly limits it to mostly Eastern European players. Big player base in Asia and America is untapped by this game because of that. I am always on the lookout for something similar to play, I’ve tried Anno multiplayer, total war but it’s not the same real time strategy experience. Anno games are too complex and last too long, total war is more focussed on generals, again the hero complex that I think people prefer these days. Total war also has a lot of cheese tactics that can be used. Same is true for Cossacks with a bit of diplomatic centre shenanigans but with a bit of knowledge you can counter it as opposed to sticking your army in the corner of map and using archer/javelin units to destroy an army 4 times bigger with the morale mechanic where the enemy units rout and disappear off the map without coming back and fighting. In Cossacks every unit will fight to the death and not retreat. Cossacks 2 has morale mechanic but it was just not as fun when your units decide to just flee when not part of a unit formation. It was becoming more like a realistic battle simulator with the formations as the backbone no more rabble vs rabble. But now you have universal battle simulator where you have the fun of seeing 1000s of units fight each other but if it was real time strategy most computers wouldn’t be able to run it, the beauty of Cossack game code is it’s simple and it runs on most computers but it’s not realistic to see a ball of 500 Cossack riders mow down units in a few seconds, it looks more like 20 but the units don’t have collision so you have balls of death and it depends on your strategy which ball of death wins if they are equally matched. I hope I have given enough insight into the matter and have answered your question. I do wish Cossacks was more popular but it’s luck of the draw these days in a sea of games, and free to play and discount/free game giveaways are a last attempt to try and grow the player base of a game, but old school gamers hate the loot box /pay to win systems that it brings with it. If somebody were to mod Cossacks into something more modern and fantastical... or use it as inspiration that would make my day, it’s one of my favourite games that I have sunk countless hours into as a kid and as an adult. We can’t really blame the devs, who do they listen to. There are multiple starting conditions and peace times. They chose 0 pt (peace time) and 10 mins pt for their ranked mode but there are variations like starting resources of 1000 or 5000 and market and diplomatic centre disabled, each has their camp of players and not everybody likes 1vs1, some people like 8 player ffa with millions of starting resources, which is sort of like real time game of risk hahah. I liked trying 1vs7 for fun. Anyway this game will always have people’s hearts and hopefully make a comeback)))
@@HYPPSWins That's reason I never play Total War Warhammer and TW Three Kingdom (limit 6 unit per officer). Attila and Rome 2 have much less general focus, and TW Shogun 2 and earlier have free from general, can make as much as army stacks without general. Same reason modders almost not interesting TW Warhammer and Three Kingdoms.
@@pirotess2 TW has a huge following but it isn’t that PvP e-sports like Starcraft. What games do you like in strategy and have you come across anything similar to Cossacks? It’s interesting that you ask why Cossacks, I’ve asked that myself too and then I had to stop making videos(I had experience of hackers in ranked and messing with a fan tournament game which our team won but we didn’t accept the prize money as it triggered some unsportsmanlike behaviour from the other team so it was not worth it)
@@HYPPSWins I usually play grand strategy game like Hearts of Iron, Crusader King, Total War. Cossarcks is one of game that impress me with large scale of unit numbers while other game just limit the number in few hundreds, only Total War is closest with large scale soldiers in a battle. There is American Conquest that same engine of Cossarks too.
@@pirotess2 yeah I have played all the GSC game world strategy games as a kid, apart from S.T.A.L.K.E.R. They did a bundle steam sale before Cossacks 3 came out to raise money for development so I still own them. I’ll check out some gameplay from those games you mentioned. Also have you heard of age of empires? That game used to have a competitive scene, it’s similar era to Cossacks and red alert games but limited units.
watching this now i still find it funny how they thought just because they was 7 of them they thought they were going to win and at the end they were the ones leaving lol
It was funny, I can’t believe they just gave up. I really set out to test out a powerful strategy by using an overpowered nation at the time and found a random open multiplayer lobby and convinced them to 1vs7 me. Thanks for the comment man)) good times
