bro what is wrong with cameraman like here she is giving an emotional speech about someone who passed on and the camera man had to ruin the mood by showing other idols like i get that u wanna show other idols reaction but some fans just forget what atmosphere they are in and start sceaming like crazy THATS NOT THE RIGHT THING TO DO IN THIS MOMENT AT ALL
I hate that people who hates the idol for their colour or for their small mistake and sometime without any mistake please dont do that the idols feel very bad and thus they suicide you all haters are responsible for their death
The some fans are incredibly disrespectful and it shows that they aren’t even paying attention to what IU is even saying. All they see in the big screen is their favorite group and cheer. IU is speaking out about the serious issues regarding the idol universe and how they are expected to not feel anything but happiness and cheer all the time. It’s truly upsetting because they are still people and have the same “weaknesses” as everyone else. The pressure not just from society but also from the companies to perform regardless of both physical, emotional, and mental state stretched thin and heavens help they have bad days! Because should they act like the flawed humans they are, they get judged no matter what and the hate just piles on. When will bullying and abuse of all types stop? How many more people have to succumb to the horrendous hate from jealous people that they feel like they have nowhere else to go before they make that final decision? It so true of that saying, “Misery loves company.”
She loved Junghyun so much. unfortunately things like that still happens and the industry is not senstive enough. We've lost too much people. Fans most start thinking Idols are not objects
No wonder she is respected in the industry, she's so well spoken. She said such important things in like the littles amount of words, it'll touch everyone out there.
Audience is ridiculous.. selfish stupid heartless..iu was giving hearfelt speech but when fans see their stupid group they screams badly..stupid mannerless
The cheering despite this heartwarming speech is how you know a good number of these fans that show up at award shows are mentally ill. Notice how most of the crowd stayed silent, aka the normal people that know when to cheer and when to be respectful, and now notice the mentally ill obsessive fans that are cheering to get their oppars attention during a speech about their oppars mental health being important by one of their most respected colleagues.
Fan? Fanatic, yes. Doesn't love, just seeks for a safe haven. Cannot see a human as they are. That's why those who are OK with acting a life time can screw fanatics over in politics. The partisans, the disciples, those who appoint one to a position of some sort of power, under some sort of spotlight, and then disperse cussing with rage and saliva when they realize they were being played, because that was what they asked for in exchange for things that only those that need it will agree to come to the fore, be the "idol" of the idolatry, and stay in the spotlight. When their religion is no longer a puppet that works only for them, they create a denomination or change the religion. They don't ever get rid of it, they change it. Like a wilfully amnesiac software engineer forgetting the algorithm he planted in his chatbot starting to speak to his chatbot, loving it first and then hating it... Mostly girls here, objectifying these young men and when it's IU doing the singing and the dancing, it's boys this time doing the devouring. No love here, not any different than the other idolatries. Fanatics will be fanatics. They do not love, they know not what love is, such are the societies they live in. Then they stare with incredulous perplexion at this petri dish they have together created from which only sickness, depression, death arise. It was systematically planted at first, now it's systemic. Whole cultures breed, thrive, cannibalise each other and die in this life devouring understanding of human as a capitalist's commodity. I have never ever listened to any idol band. I do watch K-drama. From My Ahjussi to Million Roses to Goo Woo Rim to Kim JongHyun on YT. F knows how many deaths from Korean youths that are artists that I've bumped into just because I have this habit of digging up stuff about works and people for whom I feel I have a blossoming respect, admiration and love. And it's like a walk in the park for these people to keep losing human life to sht that they refuse to understand the nature of. You are the ones talking of all sorts of love, bonding, family and togetherness in your dramas but you bully your people to death, work them to death, isolate them to death, judge them to death and you just shrug your shoulders because these deaths, even, are stimulations to your schadenfreude filled, repressed minds and life, without which you couldn't get your dose of just enough bittersweet to remind you you're alive. What an effing addiction. Do you even effing care? If you do, there's nothing left for you to do other than boycott the sick agencies that feed the sick fans with commodified idols who, you might have forgotten, have beating hearts, with actual blood in them, and a mortal's life that's not impervious to abuses. Geez. Set these people f'n free already.
Can't get over the fact that some fans thought it was appropriate to cheer during this heartfelt tribute speech just cause their faves appeared on a screen for a second. Vile. This world is so vile. I bet they don't even feel an ounce of shame.
THE "FANS" ARE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND DISRESPECTFUL. SOMEBODY'S GIVING A SPEECH, ESPECIALLY ABOUT ANOTHER PERSON'S SUICIDE AND YOU'RE SCREAMING AND CHEERING BECAUSE YOUR FAVES ON THE SCREEN? DISGUSTING.
I still gets frustrated seeing the cameramen turning the camera towards the other idols and audience while IU was giving such an emotional and important speech. Not only this but all the fans screaming in such a respectful moment, it's such an ignorance for real.
This speech was really heartbreaking and shame on those who shouted. IU knew the darkness of the industry and experienced it firsthand, voicing out on it and encourage idols to take a step back, breathe when they have to. To me she was brave and inspiring even when she is experiencing the loss of her friend.
a) The camera crew really shouldn't have focused on the idols while she was discussing this. I mean, I get it in a way since she was referencing other idols during her speech, but it came across in the wrong way, almost as if they were trying to catch their reaction to her speech to make a headline of it after the show or something. b) Secondly, these fans have me absolutely fuming. We all understand that you love your faves, but it was not appropriate to start screaming during that speech, in fact it was incredibly disrespectful. Imagine if (God forbid) you lost a loved one to suicide, and while you told someone how much it upset you someone started screaming abt their favourite TV show or some sht. I bet it wouldn't feel too great, would it? Anyone who was there and started screaming over their favs during that moment is actually nothing more than a vile, rabid human being.
The way some people dont really care but only want to see their idol and their idols reaction, being emotional or empathetic... And all of the jjong videos they make fetishizing the whole situation like this is :*groups reaction to tribute, *'s reaction to crying, any other video about jjong that non shawols have made. Iu is strong, if i was here i wouldve talked smack about those who screamed during her speech.
This was the moment i decided not to associate anymore with kpop fans. The common sense theyve shown me via this moment,,, really if i was not a kpopper id be bashing the fans and kpop in whole.
