Ok which is better? Zelda can can vs Mario can can. Honest answer. I like the Zelda can can more because it PERFECTLY encapsulates what it's like to have ADHD.
It's 2024 and my 5 year old and I are stuck right here - I thought I had it figured out but that Tails would always come and mess it up, so we even tried just controlling Tails manually so he doesn't interfere. Up and down... I would not have figured that out lol. Stupid barrel.
Man oh man what a struggle...I remember myself failing repeatedly, wasting life after life over time overs, trying every possible way I could think of, jumping relentlessly without luck...I ended up having a friend use Tails to mess with the goddamn barell while I had Sonic in spin mode ready to dash as soon as Tails gave me that slight opening...You can imagine the screaming that followed once we finally made it through...😂😂😂
I swear I i tried moving up and down, maybe one of those directions was broken on my controller or something. This is exactly where every playthrough of this game ended for me.
I googled this level itself and this was the first result -- exactly what I was stuck on. All the proof you need that this is straight up bad design that isn't intuitive or properly explained. Should've had d-pad arrows come on the screen to help people understand... jesus christ. I ultimately timed out and got game over near the end of the stage because of this. Well done, Sonic team.
